Cobalts in Gran Turismo 5?
Cobalts in Gran Turismo 5?
Anyone can confirm it will be available in the game? I really hope so! The first thing I'd do is get one of the TC's and mod it as much as I can! Then do the same with an SS/SC!!
So far in the car lists I saw it wasn't in there though. Can anyone confirm?
Thanks!

sorry man...no cobalts on the official GT5 car list. Stay put on this thread for your onw good lol https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/loun...9/index44.html
Newsflash.
GT5, is GT4's car list ie (800 cars) which are "Standard" and you cant change the wheels nor an in car camera.
The remainder of 231 cars are "Premium" which are newer things ie ZR1, Camaro, 370Z. Great news though, wheels can be changed and there is in car cam.
Ironically people are bitching that the Veyron is not premium.
If you wanna play as a Cobalt, closest thing is the Pontiac Sunfire GXP Concept which has an LSJ

NFS SHIFT has a a cobalt SS. turbo specs but with SC rims and seats. this is probably old news though
btw. does anyone else hate the way driving games are set up on PS3? r2 for throttle l2 for brake with R and L1 for shifting? it just feels so unnatural. I liked it better with X for throttle square for Brake and R2 and L2 for shifting

i hope eventually you can download the balt in GT5, not only that one but the other thoasand cars people were expecting lol. no cts v, no cobalt, no 2010 mustang, no cruze...list can keep growing...lame
GT5 has also been pending release 2 years behind schedule now I think. GT5 is the whole reason I baught a PS3 and when Forza came out on Xbox, i was doubly happy I went the ps3. Forza's physics are a joke. I can not in any way take forza seriously, i mean, good effort, but the follow through on the physics are just appauling. Arcade-style fun sure, but not as a driving sim.
I think the highest I got my Cobalt was in the A600 class. Now, I know it's just a game, but if you can put a V8 Vette engine in the game, why not in real life?
Imagine dropping an LT1 into that. Perhaps RWD would be an easier option
Hey, if they can put a Corvette engine in a hatchback Honda, why not put it where it belongs? Under the hood of a Cobalt SS? I mean, Chevy even had a commercial with the Cobalt teasing the Vette a while back
LMAO! No way would a ls motor fit under the hood of the cobalt, now the trunk on the other hand, You could probably turn the balt into a RR sitting the motor in the trunk, It would handle like a heyena on cocaine though.
On a seperate note, the drifting scion using the v8, the hyundai Genesis using the 350z motor, I dont like that kind of crap. I think it takes away from the original nature of drifting, the whole, grass roots concept of drifting, where you tune up what you got and fix it with what you can find.
