Could use some help diagnosing LNF not boosting

Hey guys, my son (15) and I took on a 2008 CSS LNF project together for his first car. I've had a couple of these while he was growing up and he's following in my footsteps! We got a good deal on a clean 08 because of low compression on cylinder #3. We ended up buying a complete longblock from ZZP as the original motor would have taken just as much, if not more in parts and machine work to make right. We took our time to do everything right, OEM parts where possible, new clutch, the works. Our issue is this; it won't boost nor will it really even tach past 3-4K RPMs, at no point is there any sort of turbo noise either. There are no codes, which has made this much harder for us. Here is what we have tried so far; new ZZP fuel pressure sensor, clean and check MAF, recheck all vacuum lines, pulled downpipe - cat isn't clogged, fresh gas, data logging with HPTuners. Most of these ideas were results of feeding off other peoples threads on here and figured we would just try and ask for a new direction if anyone has any ideas. Oh, and as an afterthought, when we test drove this (prior to purchase, new motor) to make sure everything worked it still boosted and went very well on the 3.5 cylinders... So we messed up or overlooked something. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Kinda weird it's not throwing a code. Did u scan it or just going by engine light? Y'all should invest in hptuners cause a log would help a lot.
Almost sounds like a massive boost leak and all the air the turbo is pushing is exiting the chat. Is the intercooler stock? Could be cracked at the end tanks 🤷🏼‍♂️ hard to say without a code or log

Hey Tom, thanks so much for taking the time to reply. Had it looked at and my mechanic/buddy told me its something with the turbo, its not spooling. So, hoping to get it off this weekend and hoping he's right.

It's not necessarily the turbo, what are the chances that its good before the repair and bad after. No boost can be caused by a few different things. Not just the turbo just not spooling.
