ok. im looking to sell my sc cobalt and get a tc cobalt. i want essecially a brand new car so looking for 20000 miles or less. ive found this one abround 5 hours away!! i know far but id do it. anyway. there are things i definitely dont like about this car but here. take a look through all the pics and tell me what you think.

NOW! looking at the pics. i can see that he has... lambo doors.... =/. my MAIN question is, is it possible that this gay kit is welded on or is it more likely that i could just take the hinges off and buy new stock ones?
second thing i noticed, the red grilles. id take those out and put my black one in and sell those red ones if i could.
im not a huge fan of the small spoiler but id get over it and if it bothered me that much id probably sell that one and buy the wing then get it painted at work for cheap.
fourth thing is the interior is painted... ******* tacky in my opinion but thats another thing i could just replace. but how expensive would that be do you guys think?

basically. do you guys think it would be worth doing this. the car is reasonably priced but yea. lemme know wat u all think. this is basically the best ive got around here.

Front and rear breaks are different as well as some kind of decal or hole in the front bumper

Run away. That thing is probably full of problems. Being modded would lower its value too.

 

Anything that was badly modified and spray painted isn't worth that kinda money.
I bought mine mint with half the miles for way less.

 

I noticed the switches under the ac buttons.. don't know what those are for, something to look out for for sure. this guy (last owner) probably did more to this car than the lambo doors and stuff. check for maybe n20 ports and stuff like that.

 

I remeber this guy... He came on here a few years ago to gloat about how cool his car was Lols. He got an ear full of the wrong comments. Don't buy that one. It hasn't sold in 3 years... The original owner did some stupid **** to that car like cut a hole in the bumper so the intake could get more air. Some comments I remember were "looks like your car has its period."

It's didn't have nitrous. Just lots of rice... Underglow lights and ****.

 

like everyone said think about the kind of person that would modify a car like that, then think about how they drive it on a Friday night, or any day for that matter. Then think about that over time........combine that with ricer mods and its a definite no.

And dont expect a dealership to know anything about used cars, i dont know a thing about half the used cars i have on my lot other than drivetrain/mileage ect. cant be upset cause someone doesnt know the power behind the SS!

how can you tell the front an back brakes are different???? an yea, wat they said^^ all that extra **** is garbage BUT you can praly get em to drop the price pretty good

 

Car is worth about 11-12 with mods shown. I.E. it looks like ****.

Dealer will probably get close to a loss on that or have to find a fool. Both possible.

LoL just went on autotrade.ca and serched Alberta and found 4 on the first 3 pages, 09-10. 24000- 68000 km. All under $20 000

 

I'd keep lookin man. I'd help you out with your search seeing as how you're local, but you always seem afraid to chill with any of us local balt guys anyways..

 

haha thanks for all the help guys. i was wonering wat that black sticker looking thing was in the front bumper. i dont want it just based on the hole in the bumper. i coulve taken off the grille and put mine and got rid of the lambo doors but i didnt notice the switches and buttons under the hvac controls. thats not cool ha. im not touching this one. thanks again everybody. and ha. im not afraid just never have anytime to do anything.

if you want it id deff try to get the price down with all the stuff the previous owner fucked up

 

Only thing positive about it is I don't remember the original ownerg loating how fast it is or how good his tune is. I don't think it ever saw a tune.
