Exhaust similar to a Magnaflow?

I'm looking to get a catback exhaust and I'm loving the overall sound of the Magnaflow. It's quiet, yet on acceleration a bit of roar comes out. It doesn't sound rice or loud at all. That's what I want. I want something that will blend in and not stick out to get me tickets. Any ideas?

Search function is butt that's why I'm posting a new thread :P

I was just on their website. Didn't see this though. Only saw 'FL' (******* loud). I want the opposite! XD

Don't you have a LNF? just get a catless downpipe, and if that's not loud enough muffler delete

I have the MPX 3" with the muffler, and it's nice and quiet while you're just trying to cruise, and not to loud while going wot while still not sounding ricey/tinny. I do still have the stock dual cat downpipe, so I know that's going to make it quieter as well.

I was looking into the mpx one. Apparently no one has clips of the catback everyone just cat deletes.

That's from their website, this is the clip with a catted downpipe as well as the full exhaust, not the muffler delete.

Edit: Since I still have the stock cat, mine sounds a little quieter than this.

That's what mine sounded like w a catless downpipe.. And anyway if your replacing exhaust parts because of mileage you should probably replace the downpipe first because the flex pipe breaks first usually

I'd be using the stock cat as well. That's a damn good combo. Close enough to the magnaflow from what i can tell. How big does the magnaflow exit at? I thought it was 2.5"

best bet is Hahn, they use megnaflow resonator and muffler, sounds awesome for half the price pretty much.

Agreed, Hahn uses manga flow parts and sounds awesome. No highway drone, nice deep tone under accel.

I run the stock exhaust with a catless DP on my LNF.
Sounds great. Lets people know horsepower stuff is going on without drawing the attention of eerything with a pulse. Hasnt been an issue making power either; made 400whp on my zfr.

Reason I'm looking into a new one is the stock one looks nasty inside. Otherwise I'd run the stock exhaust.

No! They didn't! Turboxs.com click 08-10 cobalt SS click exhaust out of the exhaust, intercooler, etc thing up top and there's all the exhausts they have. The GT one is $330 and sounds great.
