Few question regarding lnf big turbo setup

Buddy of mine plan on installing a bigger turbo in his lnf for the first time we have a few questions.

1.Using the zzp lnf big turbo how to as a guide. He noticed that they stated to plug the hole with a 1/8 npt plug. Seeing that he piece together his kit, he does not have this plug. Is this plug supplied with the lnf oil feed return kit that zzp provide?

2. What size bolt does he need to plug the coolant passage?

3.Seeing that he got the s257sxe what will be the best method to bolt the turbo on to the mani?

4. Is the clamp stated in zzp how to required?

5.Best place to mount the boost solenoid? Also will he need longer vacuum hoses?

6.He already has a base tune for catless and his maf has been tuned for his maf relocated already. Will he need to get a retune for the bov? He knows that he will have to increase the DAL,duty cycle, boost ramp. He is unsure on the bov seeing that HP tuners has a section for bov surge limit upper/lower.

Thanks in advance for the help

email them and ask them, for my setup I'm removing the fitting in there valve cover, cause it gets in the way of the wastegate, and I put a 90 degree 3/8 barb fitting, which lets u run the line to the intake.
