I just installed my AEM CAI on my 09 cobalt ss. I have plans to put a full exhaust with a catless downpipe and a boost controller on after i get back from my deployment. What are some other good performance upgrades i can do?

 

You wont do a boost controller, youll have to do a tune to up the boost the right way.
Also the tune with those mods are the best bang for your bucks.

Trifecta tune if your worried about warrenty and being easy and simple.

HP tune if you know how to tune, or there is someone around you who can tune, and your not worried about warrenty.

 

how much horsepower can i expect to see after its tuned with the CAI, exhaust, and catless downpipe?

 

This depends on how much boost is upped and how much timing you run.

Can be from 275 to 310 or more in some cases. Just depends on your tuner and how much your willing to push the engine.

Keep in mind the car is rated 260 / 260 to the crank. My stage 1 GM tune put me to that at the wheels, I was disappointed just to find out the car was rated at the crank, not the wheels.
