i quoted what you typed for a reason. YOU are the reason people yell at service writers for abusing their cars.

My local dealer ended up firing a guy, the service department manager told me about this. Apparently one of the tech's out back had to fix an Impala SS and he took it out on the road to test it after fixing it. He hit a bump at 80 MPH and ripped something off the bottom of the car because it bottomed out, and the customer found out about it. He was young dumb, and full of stupidity apparently, that was an instant good-bye, take your tools and leave.

Wooooo!!!!! Picked mine up last night, waited to get better deal. But let me tell you, these first 500 are killing me, once you hit 3k, you hear the Turbo a little, anyone know if it will fit a larger blow off valve?

You don't want a blow-off valve. However, you may want to look into aftermarket recirculating "by-pass" valves. Hahn has a pretty nice looking piece, as a matter of fact. You'd just have to see if Bill was willing to make the mounting hardware to bolt it up to the LNF charge piping...

Let em put an RFL on there and find out for himself what happens when you disperse metered air into the atmosphere...

From what I know is to release the pressure build up.

I wasn't trying to make you laugh, I was trying to make Area laugh. Now that we have that out of the way. Just freakin' listen to us and look at by-pass valves. Trust me...

From: soon to banned as I am from MANITOBA?
sold my SS/SC.

if I won a million I would buy another but keep it stock and drive it on sunny days only. never in winter. I winter drove my last one and it was painful to drag its ass through snow. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee now as you can tell by my sig. better suited for my life situation right now.

SS/TC is sweet. not really crazy about that color. Red is my fav. but white is tempting. anyone order one of those?

*Sigh*... I wish I had resposible parents who taught me how important credit was. I would be at the dealer now but instead I'm fixing mistakes... learning the hard way. I guess ill be the first to own the 2010 model hopefully. Stuck in this stupid 05 w/ 80,000 miles another year or so.
