just wondering if anyone has thought of this. i think if properly set up it would look nice. dunno if there would be any sound benefits, but on most cars a dual exhaust set up looks really nice if done correctly. any thoughts on this?

I remember seeing a pic of a one here. The person did a good job with the cutout for the other side and it looked nice and symmetrical. Do a half assed job and its going to look terrible.

SLP made a dual exhaust catback for a couple of years so there are definitely some SS/SC's out there . I'm pretty sure they pulled the plug on it thou.

Not to poke at you but is the badging under the wing necessary? Id remove that and the bow tie. I like the exhaust tho

Thats a really clean install though...I kinda like it...

Not worth the extra piping, complexity, or weight though.

Looks good license plate not being there and it being flush would do wonders. Zelda symbol is a plus lol.

Perhaps not, but every pound adds up, ya know? Im not saying it doesnt look good, however, unless you buy a second rear lip and stuff, you'll be bound to having the dual setup. I've been there done that to a car before, converted from single to a dual exhaust. Loved it, ran a few different kinds of duals on the car.

You are also limited in the kinds of mufflers you can run as well. I used a camaro style, single inlet, dual outlet type (flowmaster 40-series IIRC, its been like 6-7 years now).

doing duel exhaust is not hard but imo its more money for no reason. you can get any universal muffler from magnaflow or whoever and the weight of a muffler is not going to make your car slower if you want a drifferent look and dont mind buying 2 mufflers every year or 2 the take on the task my friend

I dont think anyone said it'd make it noticeably slower, but it would add weight. A little extra weight from the exhaust, maybe some from rims if you dont go lightweight, upgraded system, etc etc. Im just saying, the little things add up. Just like reducing weight, pound here, 5 there, all adds up.

Just my .17

it wouldnt add much weight. if i go dual exhaust, im not putting any mufflers on. itl have the stock resonator, and thats it. shouldnt add too much weight. it should actually weigh the same as the stock exhaust because the oem muffler has a good amount of weight to it.

Excuse the poor chop, this took about 3 minutes.

Would be better on a pic without shadow.
