It's big but I'm not a fan of any intercooler that requires removal of the front crash bar.

look at my build thread thats my car. they do not come in black though. we will becoming a vendor on here as soon as johnnyB decides to get back to the boss.

that is our race intercooler that is suppose to be for offroad use and there is a street or "stock" replacement upgrade available aswell. look at the site for prices.

its efficiant enough for my 5557. a lot of our srt-4s run a similar intercooler. hell if your running 2 60mms or 2 70mms you should almost be at the point of going air to water.

Its plenty small enough for what Matt wants to do. Yes, its HUGE, but it works very well. We use a similar sized intercooler on our time attack Solstice, which is on the stock turbo, and it does just fine.

really it looks like it has 4 cubic feet of space in it , seems like you would loose a few pounds without making the IATs low enough to even matter.

Yeah, you lose a few lbs, because there is less resistance. Remember, boost =/= power. Flow = power.

it is really big BUT it hold the bumper in perfect placement and looks clean as hell. you dont even see it with the grill in there. the black coating is sick though. it allows the heat to be pulled from the aluminum

Yeah I don't like were there going with prices. Similar sized intercoolers for SRT-4s are in the upper 300's lower 400's range. Turbo upgrade kit is ridiculously expensive as well.

all depends on whos intercoolers your looking at. the turbo upgrade prices are where they should be at considering what your getting with them.

Do you work for Performance Autowerks or are they just testing all there stuff on your car? If you work for them, how much do you think the hotside piping will cost?

its totally overkill for the stock, super 16 and super 20g. my turbos bigger then all of those. at the time of building this we already had our street intercooler finished up and did this one to put a full blown race intercooler out for those guys looking to build some serious power.
