help!!

Iv got a 09 ss/tc cobalt I bought it with after market intercooler an exhaust, iv owned a year an a half but the past few months my boost has dissapered. It will sometimes hit 15 pounds like it should but for the most part its sticks at 6 pounds an I don't have much power and sometimes it don't even spool at all, any suggestions or ideas what this might would be would be a huge help, iv also had the turbo replaced 10,000 miles ago

sooooo....... you keep having a vacuum leak code but you havent thought to address that? what your feeling is limp mode. you have a leak of some sort. do a boost leak test and you will more then likely find your issue.

You need to check for a boost leak. You probably had a coupler come lose, or you have a hole in your IC or charge pipes.
