How many miles do you have on your TURBO Cobalt SS?

It is time for another mileage update for the TURBO Cobalt SS.

How many miles do you now have on your car and have their been any reliability issues?

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!

THIS IS FOR TURBO COBALTS ONLY!!!! (LNF, SS/TC, 08 & 09 Cobalt SS)

IF YOU HAVE A SUPERCHARGER, DO NOT VOTE!!!

This has been tremendously difficult for people to comprehend in the past...lets see if this time we can get it right.

So again...

TURBOS ONLY!!!!

Vote in the poll and let's see how many miles you have put on and describe any problems you have encountered.

I now have 8K on my balt, not any real major problems, at 3K it was running way too rich, but thats kool now, and a couple weeks ago my E-brake quit working, found out someone dropped a dime somewhere in there and messed something, warranty took care of it(shockingly) lol, but everything has been great on it, i love the car, cant wait to get it finished up :

Had my 09 just over a year now,2600 miles, only issue I have had is the oil leak with cam sensor and fuel pump seals.Took care of the issue myself so far so good, everything else has been fine thus far but the car is not my daily driver either, which I'm sure helps.

5550 as of today after 6.5 months of ownership.

Only issues have been oil leaks from the high pressure fuel pump, cam position sensor and cam end plate. All of which I repaired myself.

I guess my rear brakes appear to be eh like everyone elses, but not sure if I consider that a "problem" yet.

23,000 miles after 13 months. Same issues most have had. Rear brakes, cam sensor & cam cover oil leak, poor fitting sunroof.

Still love Blu'Lightnin'!

Thumbs up 4995 , or something like that !

'09 SS/TC bought in May of this year - major chuck of mileage was a 2400 mile round trip to/from Colorado.

Averaged 29.6 for the entire trip , no problems so far except for the the need to have the charge inlet pipe properly mounted as per the TSB.

I am paranoid now about the rear brakes, but I can't feel any grooves and have not had a tire off to look.

Loving the satellite radio, too - ahh the sound of silence from morning DJ's is sooooooooooo blissful .....

09 TC, at almost 8000 miles.

Had it in the shop a ton of times, but nothing major, just mostly trying to remedy rattles, to no avail.

It's in right now for the bottom inner portions of the doors (paint) rubbing off, then to the stealership for the recall on the charge piping, to change a door striker (making popping noises, it's broken lol) and to look at my sunroof, it's really messed lol.

1600 miles so far, I have had the car about a month. I love this car. The only problem i have is the TSB charge pipe that I have to find time to take in. That and my sunroof switch and trim kept falling down, but I fixed that

Sigh...

Apparently some people lack the ability to read LARGE RED disclaimers on the first post...

I made this a public poll so I will start to call out those who clearly violated this...

boosted2.2 & Jn2 need to learn how to read....according to your signatures, neither of you have an SS/TC...not even an SS....so in the future please don't vote in a poll that specifically requests you not to unless you have the vehicle in discussion...it ruins the validity of the poll for everyone else.
