A guy told me I need to have my car learn the vehicle idle memory relearn for my 09 cobalt ss.... how do I do that?

Think he means the throttle body relearn after you clean or install the throttle body.

The Cobalts re-learn themselves.
A Dealer scan tool has the ability to reset all learned values back to zero to force it.
