lnf zzp intercooler rubbing

just installed complete zzp intercooler package.
the hardest part was 6 bolts holding up the bumper cause they were rusted beyond all belief to the clips. Ended up destroying 2 bolts.
The only issue I saw was on the passenger side, the intercooler end tank weld was touching the bumper guard. I thought I read before intercooler and cold pipe shouldn't be rubbing on anything. But maybe I read wrong.
I did a few runs, boosted to 24psi a bunch, runs nice and no codes popped up so I dunno.

I could barely get my bumper back on. It's litterally stretched and squeezed back into place?

Two tabs on the grill covering the intercooler are probably hitting it.

It's definitely a tight fit but if you take your time, you can get it aligned pretty well. I have 4 different spots where the intercooler is right up against the bumper but it is what it is.

This.

I took my time when I put mine in, and I lucked out with nothing touching anything it shouldn't, but I had the bumper off a few times in a row to get to that point.

x3. I have the standard core from them also. I just grabbed some thick rubber foam mat we had laying around the warehouse and used those at the spots they were touching. 4k miles with no issues.
