Yep sir! Change it b4 go boom! In my case it blew mile 30 of a 1000 mile road trip. It was not fun flooring it in 3rd gear just to do 75 mph up a little incline.

No, didn't hit anything. This is off a 70000 mile car that was tuned since 50000 miles on 24 psi e47 trifecta. Simply stepped on the gas to pass a car full boost and boom!!! Yay!

I have that same tune with synapse turbos intercooler kit, there's no lost in spool or boost. It's currently for sale because i'm going to be purchasing a larger turbo in the future. So if you plan on sticking with the trifecta tune and are interested in a kit more reliable then stock send me a PM and i'll get back to you with pics and price.

Yours was a pretty minor explosion actually. My end-tank turned into shrapnel in an instant... and that was bone stock at the time.

Haha that sucks man, heard the bang is pretty damn loud.

I'll probably wait till my stock one goes boom before replacing it. If it ever does anyways. Just doesn't seem worth it to upgrade if you don't have to on the stock turbo.
