Lost Digital Outside Temperature and Tire Pressures

Hi guys,
Pulled ground off battery in trunk and two ECM "plugs" under hood to clear an engine code. when hooked it back up and got car running, no outside temperature or tire pressures on digital readout.
Will this come back or what do I have to do ?
For the tire pressures likely get the guys at the Tire shop to sync up the four sensors again ?
Thanks.

**** man, I'd unhook your battery for 10 minutes and reseat the plugs first. I've never had anything like that happen and I've switched out ECMs a lot.

The other details are that I did this a week ago with it unhooked for maybe 20 minutes with no problems, but this time got busy with something and it was unhooked for maybe 45 minutes.
Car is a high miler, 115,000 miles.

Usually it eventually fixes itself after driving a bit. If not, recheck all the items you disconnected first, tighten/seat them, reprogram the tires and see what happens.

Mine did that when my battery died. It fixed itself quickly though.
