X2. You have a tuned TBSS with and intake and trans work approx 330 whp (automatic awd drive line loss) that weighs almost 2000 lbs more than the cobalt and it was all trailblazer for the first 5 seconds. Not impressive at all seeing as there is a 1 ton weight difference between the two and the TB has a huge aerodynamic disadvantage.

It was from a 20 roll, he had is converter stalled so he got a initial lead, plus I shifted 2-3 a little earlier than I should have. When we did it from a 40 roll I was gone and he was all in my rearview mirror. He wanted to do a 20 because he knew it would give him an advantage. All I know is I walked him from the 40 roll with no problem
When did the 20 roll, I was in second, I think I should've gone from first or down shifted then got back into second. This my first manual car so I'm just used to punching it and going. But hell, I was in second for the 40 roll and that had no problems leaving him.

a guy i work with has the 07 TBSS with corsa exhaust, intake and a programmer and i can take him with my bone stock SS/TC. if we both go at 50 or so we are even till about 80 and i pull away. that's 390 stock, with mods at least 450hp. that's about 380hp to the wheels. they are a lot quicker than ppl give them credit for. i think he runs low 13's with it.

Nice run.
The TBSS is the favorite sleeper I have ever owned. A close race is what would expect between these two. Both deserve respect. In roll racing horsepower is important but torque gets these things moving. They only bad thing is the shape (a brick) holds it back a high speeds.
My AWD ran 13.98 bone stock, and now runs 12.9x in good DA.

I understand that during a roll race, the SS/TC should pull the TBSS, but if it was from a 20 roll, and the TBSS has a stalled converter and is good to race from 20, I dont see how this is so hard to believe. Your Dad's 2wd supposedly ran 13.5 stock, this guy has an upgraded trans, intake and a tune, which I believe helps these SUV's, because of the engine they have in them. I bet this TBSS would run a very low 13, if not a high 12.

HP Tuners. I can make a **** load of power even though I am limited to only 13 tables by the software. My latest tune does 60-100mph in 5 seconds flat and that is taking into account that it takes almost one full second from the time you command WOT for the throttle to open all the way LOL.
All I have to say is if you Trifecta tuned guys only knew how much faster your cars could be you would be amazed. Just ask "I am Broke" how much harder his car pulls with my tune vs his old Trifecta tune. It is not just about peak numbers but overall powerband.
