Reliability wise it's probably not the best idea to run more than 22 lbs

But it also has to do with how hard you are on the car, and what you do with it along with other things like quality of gas, and the maintenance of your o2 sensor and plugs.

If you want more power you have to throw caution to the wind...and stay on top of the car...or it will break.

And it will be your fault, not the tuner's

U r right I won't blame a tuner for **** it's more or less like I said I'm not getting the same service as others and that bothers me when they have it better and I got it worse

No one starts with knowledge of tuning. It takes time and effort to learn - lots of reading.

In the end though, its well worth it.

Vince has been getting lazy it sounds like.. Someone else had a LSJ with knock that he didn't feel like fixing, now he tells you 20psi is it?? That's def false info. 24psi is the max I suggest people run for safety, anything over that is giving you slightly more low end tq but really no gain in power. Ive tested it quite a lot with boost ranging from 20-30psi and the only gains over 24psi like I said, is slightly more tq down low. But we've made the same Tq on 24psi with E or Meth. So again, IMHO, 24psi is more then enough on the stock turbo to do the job safely!

Hmm... this is discouraging. I have my Trifecta tune on order. I wonder if I should cancel before they charge me and send it...

EDIT: And I just checked my bank account and it's been charged...

Are there any mechanical problems with the car? I was working with Vince last night on 2 cars, multiple logs and adjustments on each one... He was still working with me 2 hours after he closed shop.

Yeah I keep hearing things like this. I think he's just really busy, and isn't putting the effort in it that he used to do to how busy he is. That's why I've opted to return mine I ordered that's still held up in customs and go with hp tuners instead.

Just contact him. Don't open it and send it back.
I've contacted him about mine and he said if I send it back he'll refund the money.

I know he is working on Cruze stuff, he just told me the other day he traded his for a 2012 to get them all covered. So Im sure he's busy. But this is just off.

People ordering tunes, read up and know what you want. Then make sure thats what you have, simple as that! For a safe daily car, 22-23psi is fine. If you want a lil more aggressive, get the 24psi. He wont make the Lambda leaner then .82 or .83, so don't bother asking for the .88 which actually makes good power lol

Are you near south florida? If you are, and don't have a cable, come see me. I'll help you get it sorted out.
