More water leaks 2009 balt ss sedan

1st it was the headliner wet at 600 miles they fixed that, now the drivers floor is wet after last heavy rain. Anyone else have a wet drivers floor and were they to get it fixed before I bring this car back.

Hard to tell with all that snow that doesn't fall directly into the rubber mats, it's always kinda wet.
I'll check for what might look as leaks anyways.

GM can't even build a 2009 car that does not leak water, I want to fix it before it smells like a clothes hamper.

Weird... I know the driver side windows have terrible wind noise which tells me the window housing desing stinks. Maybe it gets in somehow and finds its way inside.

That isn't GM's fault and I would be talking smack cuz my car has no ******* wind or water leaks and I have washed it about 20+ times and tested for wind/water leaks 20 times over.

You have to face the facts there sunshine, it is known and documented that GM products are in fact inferior in quality compared to other manufactures such as Nissan, Toyota, Honda. And, I don't know if anyone told you BUT this is a PUBLIC Internet forum, there will be many many different opinions on many many topics. Oh yean, have a fantastic day, and if I don't hear from you again Merry Christmas!!

Mmmmm, blind love for GM...

My car has wind noise...horrible rattles...and fucked up rear brakes. Also the intercooler piping is already broken and zip tied for temporary fix...

The shifter was out of adjustment...

The door rubs against the fender and paint is coming off...

The list goes on!!!

And I work for the ******* company...

After 2 old GM and 2 new GM's, I've decided that I will never buy another GM product ever again. Mechanically the Cobalt is ok, it's just all the noises from the cheap interior!! And the fact that control arm bushing only last 6 months.....

Mine is perfectly fine...had it since June 3. For every person on here that wants complain about how crappy their car is...there are 10 who love it and have no issues...

And for those who are making blanket statements about GM, realize that you are in a dressed up econocar...get into a Malibu or CTS and you will see that you should not be attacking the whole company...

Old GM is not the same as new GM...in the 80's, reliability was a major issue...not today...

You guys need to stop listening to the media and start looking at things objectively...stop living in the past...most (not all) GM products are quality products...

Thanks man ... I seriously cannot believe that he said inferior quality .. As far as quality goes if any of you have ever even tore down a japanese motor you would immediatley notice how soft the metals are they use in bolts and the blocks in general. They use recycled materials for the motors and actually GM has more quality control in the powerplants then any other mass produced manufacturer..

For the record NISSAS GTR launch control destroyed the tranny in 30 trys

The cobalt - 600+ launches and yeah the cobalt can take as much HP as the GTR stock !

thats why they offer just about the best warranty money can buy ....

Hmmm thats real inferior quality !!!

I vote to ban these trolls dissing our cars and yes it is a public forum but no it isn't a cobalt bashing forum so have fun believing everyhting you read in the magazines and on TV !!!!

For the record American automobiles built this damn country and I will be damned if some hoytie toytie punks are going to bad mouth them .

I laughed after they called " The Nissan GTR" The "Corvette Killer"

LOL YEAH RIGHT in your freaking dreams NISSAN ! You wish !

Besides that I have waysted a **** ton of imported cars that cost twice as much and the look on their faces is PRICELESS yeah MY 23k Chevrolet just owned your 50k POS bitch !
