And MPx does it again!

UPDATE: Just the other day i bought the mpx intercooler and the hahn charged piping from modern performance and all i have to say is WOW. The intercooler is a excellent quality piece! and it fits perfectly up on the front! and wow does it look great when you take out the front grill! All i can say is GREAT WORK AGAIN MODERN PERFORMANCE!!!

And the pics!

And my mpx engine bay with the hahn piping added
I highly reccommend anyone who is in the market for a intercooler to give the mpx one a shot! its lowered my iats by a average of about 20* during WOT!

How do you like that oil catch can? I was thinking to get it from them. What color is it?

I was going to ask if anyone got reducers for 2.5 at the cp's down to 2.25 for the ic.

ya i noticed that the ends were a bit smaller than stock but it wasnt a problem at all the couplers the hahn came with hooked up just fine. i think mpx should have a new batch of intercoolers with the 2.5 end coming out sometime due to peoples feedback and noticing the ends are smaller but man the intercooler made a difference haha.

And ya i probably am the last person to buy hahn parts from somewhere else haha. they just had it in stock and looked really good. hahn the company itself i havent heard anything from them in a long time as far as new parts or pricing, but i heard that they moved locations.

And yes MPx is a great company! some more parts from them should be coming out soon!

Yeah i noticed the same, i was using air tools for my install and ran the t-bolt all the way down, so far so good and still holding. I have considered buying 2.25-2.5 reducers, but just havent, lol.

The MPx inlet/outlet is a tad smaller than stock, I double clamped the hose and have no problem, although stock is not a full 2.5".

I don't know, man. That seems like a pretty big mistake MPX made.

ya but they are currently fixing this problem at the moment sizing the end tanks out a little bigger in circumference. but yes tomorrow should be a much nicer day and ill have pics posted up and everything!

just for the record though, i have the hahn cp kit and the couplers for the intercooler came in 2.5 but they still fit once the clamp was tightened all the way.
