I spoke with HPTuners and told then to hurry up on unlocking that ECM. should be easy so hopefully they can be retuned soon.

Well, I ordered mine before they started producing the SS models. Regular Cobalt production had begun, but they didn't start turning out SS models until recently.

I had ordered mine on May 10, it didnt get built until last wednesday, and today i got it. I did not get the reconfigurable display because i figured some company willl make one nicer than GMs. Also going to try and post pics, never done that before.

I still don't get what is so ugly about it.

I had 5 gauges in my last vehicle and I think the pillar pods with 3 gauges are cluttered and gaudy.

no they couldn't have. You don't put a measurement unit in the dash bro. I need to be looking forward at the road while glancing out of the corner of my eye at the unit. I don't need to be looking down at my dash!?!?

This is not a GPS or dvd screen. Its fine.

The placement is fine, I would have just liked to see less of that black trim around the screen. A minor issue, really.
