Pull the maf sensor and clean it. The Hahn Cool Ram Intake is very bad about sucking up water. I have one, so I should know.

Unfortunately, THIS. Its why I changed over to the K&N SRI after having the HAHN for over a year.

Its great man. Its actually the intake with the most stable fuel trims if you clock the filter right. Its also so much better to work with. I HATED having to take my headlight out every time I wanted to perform some maintenance on the engine or intake.

Ok heres my finding when i start the car everything is running normal like before boost gauge shows 10in Hg on the vacuum side after sum good old fashion highway driving with my friends with their cars we ran for bout 20-25 mins off and on the gas i pulled into a gas station, vacuum was the same idle a lil under 1k but the the fluttering was heard in the exhaust sounds a lil like a cam was in their. A quicc tap oin the gas pedal and it goes away,

the boost leak test i'm gonna hav my friend do it he said he has done it before, far as boost pressure i hold steadily at 22-23lbs stil not sure as to why it dropped from 25 though maybe the change in temp.
