I checked the price from the parts dept. $300.00 is my cost per wheel. I also noticed TireRack has a special on Michelin Snow tires for $169.00 each. Maybe it's time to move to Arizona?

I'm not that vain about my car, but I think the rims look more than decent. The steering response is awesome, and the wheels are really strong but lightweight. I wish people would get over their bling chromey chrome wheels already, that'll probably shatter upon impact with a small twig. Ugh.

$1700 for stock wheels is a joke to me sorry... i d much rather save a few hundred and get some Axis wheels and better tires... i dont hate the ss/tc wheels .. just hate when ppl act like they have gold and overpirce them. I see almost new stock wheels that goes on the grand touring 350z's that go for less then that and theyre made by "rays"

Just remember.....GM sets the prices for parts, not the Dealers. The $300.00 is my cost as an employee. I checked into the price to compare the ones on ebay. Plus I'm going to need to put snow tires on next winter.

You got a deal because when I bent mine they wanted 550 per wheel and 250 for the tire lol. I ended up paying 100 to get the wheel fixed and bought last years tires for 150 .

That being said, there does seem to be some animosity against them... I don't get it, I think they're great looking wheels.

Exactly. I love my OEM wheels, but like most OEM parts they're overpriced. If they needed to be replaced, I wouldn't purchase them again when you get get super light-weight OZs for the same price or less.

Those guys have a lot of good parts. Apparently, they have a pair of 2009 Cobalt SS's that fell off the trailer from the factory. Two miles on each one. I got the Steering wheel from one and the controls actually work on my XFE.
