New to Forums and New to Cobalt...
I have to admit up front that 2 weeks ago the Cobalt SS wasnt even on my radar.
I had an RX8 which didnt have a lot in the way of acceleration but had insane handling. I loved driving it in the summer but wasnt a fan of the involuntary drifting in the winter months.
I had decided initially that the Evo was the way to go and had actually been working on a deal for one when a buddy mentioned the Cobalt. After reading the reviews and seeing the stats I decided to go drive one for the hell of it. I was only half expecting to like it but after the drive I bought it on the spot. Definitely changed my opinion on modern American cars...
I didnt get quite as good a price as some people have mentioned here, $500 off sticker and they picked up the tab on a heated seat upgrade. (Mandatory in Minnesota) I did get 0% APR for 5 years though so I figure the money I save in interest will be more than the rebate in the long run.
Still amazed that I found something that handles as good as the RX8 but has a lot more pull...not to mention gets about 10 more miles to a gallon.

Black. Did a little re-arranging of the rear badges. (Removed the Chevy emblem and the cobalt...moved the SS up where the bowtie was) Blacked out the front bowtie and the Eibachs should be in on Thurs.
