Have you guys heard of "The Car Game"?
It's simple, and we should play it here in this useless thread. I'll start off with a picture of a car, I'm choosing a pink Cadillac. The next poster needs to put up either a pink vehicle, or a Cadillac of any color. It's like Uno. Sound good? Let's do it! (Don't leech images!)

So again, poster below me needs to give us a pink car, or a cadillac. Not both, nor neither.

I agree. I wouldn't want to be GM right now. Just the fact that they're still trying to put out the best possible kit is enough for me. And remember that aftermarket manufacturers don't have to worry about CARB, warranty guarantees, etc.
First off: you're all welcome for the info.
Secondly: I have to apologize that I'm not a super master forum poster and apparently made an unfavorable thread. Maybe one day I'll get there.

Not that it was an unfavorable thread...just another open ended promise from a company that has let us down before with this kit. I've long since given up on it's hopes. If it comes out...Yay for everyone...if not...Well then I wouldn't be surprised.
Notice how this picture is from a site called "speedhunters"...I don't know if they are aware but a car with a 1 liter engine that makes 67 hp isn't exactly something one would hunt for if he was interested in speed.

It seems to me it'd be easier just to give CARB the middle finger, tell them to f off and go pound sand, then release the kit anyhow. No one should take the State of California seriously anyhow. They'll run out of resources to enforce any of their silly regulations.
I realized it wasn't anything really substantial, but at least it looked like they gave us a solid reason for the delay and some security that it is eventually coming out. And I'm glad they haven't given us a date, it lets them and us avoid any more let downs when they fail to release it by that date.
