Not even 24 hours

And I'm on the side of the road waiting for my tow truck. I was so excited to drive my new ss/tc but now I'm so freaking pissed. I started to pull away from a light when the car dies about 5 feet into the intersection with the dreaded "engine power reduced" display. It tries to start up but stumbles and dies. I'll let you guys know what's wrong hopefully tomorrow. Car has 120 miles on it.

Its been happening alot with the new balt. Even when they fix the problem it will happen again. Zip ties easily fix the issue though. But your car could have a different issue this is just my guess.

Would loose charge piping cause the engine power reduce?

Read those threads I posted apparently it can break other things when the piping comes loose.

absolutely, if it's really loose it will not be able to create stable pressure in the charge piping, check to see if it's completely come off, u might be able to reattach it yourself and go have fun

yes yes, take a close look at this piece and make sure it hasn't hurt the wires or the harness at all, i had exposed wires on mine and had to tape it up with electrical tape.

I think he meant that most people had problems with the charge pipe coming lose around 500 miles or less.
Mine only took 200 miles. Fixed temporary with a zip tie until I can buy synapse charge pipe

I don't really think thats not really the case here. The charge piping is notorious for coming loose, he probably did launch his car but he should be able to do that with out this problem.

hey bro, we both know that in the ss/sc that after so many of those notorious launches that axle will pop... well maybe for the ss/tc thats the thing after so many launches your charge pipin falls off...

Dont launch the car till you buy some charge piping

lol honestly i think u don't know very much about the LNF, yet........it's not that the entire thing comes loose and off the car it's just GM put a **** ass clip in the middle of it that rly doesn't hold the piping down, zip ties are a simple very easy fix for this problem........i never had "reduced power" come on, i just noticed the charge piping was loose and probably causing problems with the airflow inside the charge piping. My pics from my other thread show this in better detail, if u wanna know more or don't understand still PM me and i'll take more pics if i have to as well.
