Chiming in a little late so I apologize in advance...
Read a few complaints regarding how Hahn is advertising the turbo as 'bolt-on' when adjustments are needed....
Currently dealing with a 3071 turbo swap in a miata that is 'bolt-on' and trust me what Hahn has provided is about as good as it gets. Pretty much anything 'bolt-on' is going to have adjustments associated with it so consider yourself lucky that these are minor... I also believe that Hahn's product development was on a 1st production run 08 SS/TC which has slightly different fitment than any other SS/TC production runs.....while the measurements are minor - they can cause frustration with integrating parts....
Little jealous that my swap isn't going as easily...... Good luck dialing it in - can't wait to see how well it does when complete....

I don't think they should send you a turbo with adapters that require you to cut the flange of the brand new turbo way down just to make it fit. Either they need to thicken the plate for the O2 housing or re-design the manifold adapter piece. Coolant lines and bending the firewall are to be expected, and cutting the stock lines to re-use is ok. Cutting a brand new turbo, is not. They tell you to do so, but not to take so much material that the nut mating surface is comprimised. If I had done that, there was still about 1/8" gap on the mating surface when it was hitting the O2 housing.
this.. the turbo should bolt right up.. the BFH mod and bending/ re routing coolant lines and oil lines is to be expected but you shouldn't have to be taking a grinder or something to something you just bought to make fit
