While on the topic, can the interceptor be set up to display a/f ratio along with boost?

I don't know much, if any, about the PLX gauge. But I have checked out the interceptor gauges in person, and I'm going to pick me up a dual set pretty soon.

You mean on the same gauge? If so, no. That's why most get two gauges. You can, of course, toggle between the two on one gauge.

That's wrong.

You can display two things at the same time on the interceptor. For a/f you need to buy the sensor and the a/f kit from aeroforce.

Go look at their website, it will answer your questions.

My bad. The T/C Cobalts have wideband from the factory, so you shouldn't need a "kit." I'm going to stay out of this because I don't own these things.

Correct. But as for the A/F sensor, the LNF doesn't require it because the factory o2 sensor is a wideband, and it broadcasts the A/F ratio. The Interceptor can read this without the add-on sensor kit.

So is anyone currently running this display setup using the aeroforce?

Yup aeroforce can display A/F ratio along with boost for the TCs.

However, boost only reads up to 23psi, so you might want to keep your guage if you have a tune that is higher.

You can set the aeroforces to blink at you if A/F ratio goes lean, etc.

I have three of them, love them.

I was running dual interceptors, just one now. They're great! As he said before you can set them to ping or light when you but a certain number on a parameter so it. An be a shift light, temp warning, boost indicator etc etc

Yes you can show boost and af/r. Just go on their site and look at parameters. They are pretty worth the price. I've seen a few people with the PLX and they look like they do a similar job. People seemed to like them too. On the interceptor you can go through the whole list of parameters and pick which ones you want included, then when you scan, you can switch between all the ones you selected.

yes i have my single set on A/F and boost, i do not if the 23 psi limit is because thats all the gauge can read or if thats all the sensors can read. Meaning if you upgrade to the 3 Bar i'm wondering if the aeroforce would read more boost.

The last time I checked, the PLX devices wouldn't read some of the OBD parameters we need, like KR and misfires. Without those two, it's useless to me. I went with an Interceptor. My biggest gripe about the Interceptor is the inability to read it during daytime. It is pretty tough to see if the sun is anywhere near it.

In other words, it's only useful when you're racing at night, which is...........................

Doesn't matter if u have 3 bar sensors. I do. The Aeroforce will not read boost above 23psi no matter what.
I use the aeroforces to display kr, misfires, af ratio, trims, iat2s, and have the third one as a shift light. Aeroforces are the ****.

The guages also light up if any sort of kr comes around, and light up if I ever go lean since I was running e85.
