Angry Replacement Turbo Problem (Not Again!)

I'm nearing the end of my patience with this car. I posted a threat about a blown stock turbo, and the loops I had to go through to get it fixed, a couple weeks ago. Just an update, I had it replaced under warranty through another dealer. YAY! Now, I've had the car for roughly 2 weeks now, and the turbo sounds different. On top of the normal "wiiiiiissssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss ssss" that you hear when getting on it, you hear a lower-toned "vrrroooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom" similar to a vacuum cleaner. Fine, but today while getting on it, that lower toned sound got ALOT louder along with a sound best described as a small supercharger. You cant even hear the normal hiss of the turbo spooling anymore. I did a couple full throttle runs just to get a better grasp of what the hell the sound is. The car is just as fast as it ever was, quick, but that sound is DEFIANTLY NOT NORMAL. I'm taking it back tomorrow before anything breaks and I'm going to have a tech hear it for themselves. This leads me to believe that it's not the turbo that is the problem, but something else that caused it to fail. Any issue I have with this car I post on here because I want everyone to know as much as they can about T/C's. But this **** is ridiculous. So far, I've had the rear breaks go, a MAP sensor fail, a damaged turbo, this ******* click sound that happends whenever I'm in gear and I let go of the gas, and now this sound which is ominous in nature, all with 14,800 miles on the car. WTF GM, WTF.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with my car, I'd be more than happy to trade with you and deal with a little noise haha.

p.s. Patience.

sounds like instead of putting a new turbo in your car, they put a superchager in it.

It's stories like this that make me cringe every time I WOT my car. I've had exactly zero issues, just rolled 12,000mi. I'm expecting something tragic to happen at any moment.

I think if something was wrong I would know by now though. I've got a little clutch slippage but that's to be expected.

CP leak. Check the hose on the hotpipe near the turbo. If it leaks it will whistle like that.

Haha these cars do seem to break a lot. I've had my car in the dealer like 5 times within a year. Twice for the weak shift linkage, once for brakes, and twice for something to do with my fuel regulator getting broke. Lol ppl aren't gonna want these cars with out that factory warranty lol
