you know what this is stupid. i tried to warn others of a possible issue and i get blamed by a bunch of wanna be's! ive been a mechanic for twenty years and know what im doing. if it cant take a 4k launch i dont want it. see the car in my sig. thats a 600 hp small block chevy. we got the motor in the car on a staurday and sunday we were at the dragstrip beating it to death. this is the third summer on that motor and it hasnt missed a beat. my ss/tc has about 60 miles on it from the dealer driving it i suppose. after that many heat cycles its fine . thats all a break in is. once things have been heat cycled a few times its game on! thought i was doing the right thing by trying to make some guys aware on here. i just joined last week when i started looking at the ss/tc for my daily driver but if this is how it is i may as well never come back. gees.
