RPD-No Data

Has anybody got a "Data Not Available" message on their RPD?

I got one over top of the boost readout screen yesterday. Went away after 3 or 4 stops doing errands.

I still had boost, just no readout. Where does the boost info come from for the RPD?

It is carried on the GMLAN. Basically your PCM tells the BCM what it knows, and the BCM interprets and converts that signal to whatever format GMLAN uses, then relays that to the RPD.

As long as your car drives fine and doesnt have part throttle issues, you dont have anything to worry about. The RPD is known to spaz out from time to time.

If you DO have part throttle jerkiness, I would take out your MAP sensors and inspect them for excessive oily residue on the sensor.
