Slight clunking / clicking

Two things here; does anyone else have a suncoast OCC hood? If so have you had problems with the two sensors going just below the one vent ( brain fart moment, camshaft position sensor ? ) due to water? I purchased my sedan with the hood and the previous owner said he went through four pairs due to water .

Second concern which just start, car was inspected thoroughly for out of province when I bought it and everything was in good condition however I seem to now have a sound which is almost a clunking whenever I turn my wheels right and the back to centre , this only happens seldomly and there's no sounds when going over bumps or anything else along those lines it only happens when going under 50km and from a stop either backing out or turning from a stop. Car drives and handles fine and it doesn't pull or anything along those lines .

a cv joint will make a constant clicking type noise that goes with road speed, and sometimes will only do it with the wheel turned. this isnt what he is describing.

its either something in the steering colum or the steering rack. intermediate shafts are common for a clunk when turning the wheel.

She*😁 Sorry heh and yeah it only happens when going very slow and only when I turn the wheel a certain amount , but it sounds like it's coming from the middle of the front... and I can feel it in my gas pedal, although it does sound as tho my steering column is starting to rattle, my coupe rattles like a sob.

I can tell you it wasn't my CV axles. I've replaced everything, literally everything except my steering column and I still have this noise.

CABs.

I used to get a wierd clunk and I almost forgot it ever happened. Same situation as amanda where it would do it in reverse or when turning the wheel from a stop after reverse. Go reverse and turn the wheel and then go forward turning the wheel the opposite direction from a dead stop. Also I could visually see my rubber bushing was cracked.
