yes they are getting one. my uncle and aunt work for a chevrolet dealership and they gave me a pamplet and a dvd of the entire cobalt line up....it didnt mention much about the sedan, mainly the coupe. but it did state that there will be one and it showed a short video of a walk around on it.

yeah i been going crazy with the pillar and the 1.5 inches shorter issue. cause theres like no possible way for me to do it exept custom mold it. and there's someone here that molded a custom gauge on his sedan pillar and for no apparent reason he stopped answering my PM's. -_-

Thats funny, I want to add a 3 gauge pillar to my 08 ss/tc.. Just having a tach, speedo, and boost guage is not enough - I also want Oil pressure and Coolant.

I don't do it for the look. I would mount them somewhere out of sight if I could. I do it because I freakin want to know what the hell my engine is doing - even stock. This modern trend of no real gages is what is stupid. Every model year they have less gages - why even put a gas gage on there? Just give us a light that tells us to fill up. I suppose I'm just strange for wanting to know what my engine is doing.

This is what I want to see when I get in my car :

Oil pressure
Fuel pressure
Brake Pressure
Water Pressure
Voltmeter
WB o2
Oil temp
Cylinder head temp
Exhaust temp
boost/vacuum
Air Intake temp before/after intercooler
differential temp
Transmission temp
barometric pressure

i still dont understand what you want to monitor with just a short ram intake???? do you just want it because everyone else gets it or something?

# RPM
# MPH
# Intake Air Temperature pre intercooler
# Mass Air Flow Sensor Frequency *
# Mass Air Flow Sensor (lb/min.)
# Engine Coolant Temperature
# O2 Sensor Voltage
# Ignition Advance
# Knock Retard *
# Engine Run Time
# Battery Voltage
# Throttle Position Percentage
# Engine Load
# Instantaneous fuel economy
# Horsepower

i would use it for those ^^^^

not to mention it records your 1/4 mile and 0-60 times without me having to go to a track.

I am not heavily modded but I am tuned so I like to use my interceptor to do on the fly scanning...remember what is going on...then adjust.

Flash.

Do it again.

Also clears DTCs which is really nice.
