So I noticed that the rough idle is worse with accessories on had a few misfires and lights dimming . I think it could be the altonator or a ground. Gonna check voltage while car is idle

at idle volts are 13.5 sometimes 13.4 and with accessories on it drops to 12.8 now if i turn the wheel at the same time with ac on she goes down to 11.5 and radio lights cut out until i stop moving the wheel !!! now this is with the battery disconnected running off of alternator .

Even with the battery connected i never see more then 13.4-13.5 would this explain the rough idle and stalling ?

I understand but every car is different and some have experienced problems wth cat disabled . Either way compression test being done today after work . If that comes out good I’ll just dial in my idle with maf correction and timing tables, also copy my warm idle base tables over to cat warm base tables

Not gonna lie I’m a little worried about the compression test results

Does the RPM drop when you add accessories? I don't see why the alternator would have trouble keeping up unless the RPM is changing as the load increases. You could pull it and have it tested to know for sure. Just be certain the tester is working, I had a good alternator test bad at AutoZone a few weeks ago.

The rpm will drop when I first turn on accessories but the iac will bring it back up . It’s the voltage that drops a lot with accessories on . I looked at the zzp tune the cat base warm idle is different then the base warm idle also the min fuel pressure was changed from 2.60 to 1.80 which could explain the stalling after acceleration when I let off the gas and push in the clutch . After hard acceleration the rpm drops to 760 then one second later falls to 200-400 and most of the time completely stalls if I don’t punch in the clutch and I leave it in gear after acceleration it doesn’t stall or if I rev it to keep the rpm up

broken rocker arm and lash adjuster on exhaust valve, pulling head off to see if piston is damaged i suspect valve float from a 1-2-1 shift did this. oil coming from exhaust is from to much crank case pressure with one of the exhaust valve unable to open
