Sunroof Clicking

I noticed past night that when I closed my sunroof it would keep clicking. It sound like the motor was trying to close it more. Today I open and closed it and it was fine. It clicks once in awhile not every time. Noticed it after I got my sunroof adjusted for wind noise. Any ideas what could he causing it?

Misalignment causing it to bind up causing it to fail down the road sometime? I assume the dealer did it and its still covered under warranty. Take it back and tell them to try again.

If that's the case I'm will definitely be pissed. The car has just under 17,000 km and was parked for winter. Brought my car in for a clicking noise (when driving it was heard) and they said was the sunroof track was broke. Since that clicking is gone I'm assuming they replaced the track. Have to bring it back for rattles anyway. Plus they didn't put my dash together properly when the tried to get rid of the rattles. Also scratched the steering column cover.

Just one of the many things that break, fall apart and then stop working on a Cobalt

I was told a cable was stripped. So my dealer basically ordered everything but the glass.
