I used to have it. It worked perfectly fine when my car was stock. If you're planning on modifying your car beyond just the superchips tune, I would not advise it.

Honestly, I'd just go with Trifecta or HPT if you're looking for an aftermarket tune. The SC one is weaksauce.

Have you ran the superchips tune? Its a good safe tune that is convenient to load and unload as a person sees fit. It makes the atleast as much ....if not more power as GM STG 1 for less money.

OP....if you have stage one your not gunna want to run the SC tune..... It wont run right with the GM stage 1 sensor's ......and your not going to gain much .

^ on superchips

YouTube - 2008 Cobalt SS 40-125mph Damp Road
on trifecta and a wet road

He didn't prove a thing with that vid. The 60-95 times, based on the timer in the vid, were the SAME. Wet surface shouldn't have mattered much...maybe a couple tenths? You don't get wheel spin in third.
Actually, I was pretty impressed with the superchip performance...60-90 on the CLOCK was under 5 sec (yes, we know it's not 100% accurate and speedo is slow).

If u want a bit more power and only willing to spend 350 or 400 bucks do Superchips, I liked mine but you should just save for Trifecta
