swift motorsports electric front plate?

i was lucky and didn't have the factory front plate mount installed when i bought my 08 ss. i was wondering if anyone has ever used a swift motorsports electric plate mount , and if you have did you have any issues??

I ordered mine from www.corvetteparts.com there alittle cheaper and I think a little better. Have only had it on the car for a week but no problems, works really well, and I love it. Definitely recomend it.

because when it is up it blocks the intercooler also it kind of blocks the lower air dam so I know it wouldnt, but just to prevent any sort of overheating

i'm gonna get one of those, and instead of a plate. i'm gonna put a metal cutout of a hand giving you the finger.

I have the manual one, just as easy to put up and down, and no chance of water and corrosion.

wow, thats awesome lol.. never even knew this existed.. question though, say i got this and had it hiding my plate and a cop sees me and pulls me over, obviously im gonna switch the plate to come out but would i still get a ticket? lol.. i just dont know if this would work. granted, i would LOVE not to have that front plate visible..

If the cop pulls up behind you and you have the electric one, put it out dont show the button to put it out and tell the cop there is a plate up there, when he says no theres not argue with him till he goes up and looks and comes back to the car and says have a good day and walks away like a retard

i was just about to post asking this even at 70 i wonder the stablity. if you roll with it down it will almost act like a splitter and might rip itself off? idk i love the idea i just think it needs to be stonger constructed.
