Those with trifecta chime in.

so today i installed my dejon chargepiping with hks bov and relocated the maf and silicone couplers and tbolt clamps
also installd hahn cai. after doin this i installed trifecta tune. Car will not boost more then 2psi (no CEL) then once i got home from my buddies shop i turnd off my car. and turned it back on and when i drove it the car boosted to 15+psi and then hit a CEL and car wouldnt boost more then 2 psi again.

i plan on datalogging first thing tmrw morning. Does anyone know more or less how long vince takes to send you the new updated tune one you send him the datalog?

thanks carlos.

Soooooo, that leaves the first answer I gave you.... you MAF is soo off it's throwing you into the semi-limp mode.

Yep, you are going through all this because you had to have the noise maker!

My main problem is this.... our cars have a BPV that actually does a very good job... it makes a PSSSST sound when you shift gears....

SO then you put on one thats louder, and makes a different tone... and then wonder why your car runs like ass!

Hmmmmm

Yah our BPV's are good however the PSSSST your reffering to can barely be heard with the radio off and the windows down The inner ricer in me wants a BOV but the level headed guy know's I don't need one.

i have been running my hahn BOV PERFECTLY for about eh, 10,000 miles or more... why? its tuned for it and im not stock turbo either.... there is nothing wrong with wanting a BOV of any kind.. that is one thing wrong with the SS community, people who want atmospheric BOV's get pissed on for wanting them or they get called "ricers"... shame shame. there is ways to do it that will be trouble free. dont ask me though, im jus the guy dataloggin for the guy that does all my dirty work for me. go ahead, bash me.

I'm not going to bash on you because you paid your dues, but you are the last person I think of when I hear the term, "trouble-free."

and my question is, does it really need to be any louder than the modded air box with K&N filter, and a silicone elbow?

its loud as **** with that, i WOULD NOT want it any louder:

i had the same problem when i relocated my sensor, It comes from moving it to 2.5" pipe and so close to the throttle body. just datalog it the best you can and for as long as you can, vince will correct it pretty good the 1st time, then you datalog it again and he will fine tune it even further, it took me a few times to get it just right. Vince is the man though, so good luck with it and youll be boosting in no time

Yeah. Vince is damn good at what he does. He's also very fast and will do whatever you'd like if he can do it. Took him a bit to get mine done. But mine was the first high elevation car he got to work on. He'll keep working on it till it gets done though.

He's busy because he's so good. Try to be patient, he'll take care of it. It will be worth the wait.
