valve cover leaking, any other seals/orings to replace at that time?

Just picked up a 2009 sedan and the valve cover is leaking, also behind where the oil filter is located in the area where you can see the lost foam casting in the block there is a recess with oil in it. Since i just go the car i'm not sure if it's from someone spilling oil while changing the filter or filling with oil. I ordered a new valve cover gasket but just curious if there is anything else i should replace while i'm doing this?? It looks really wet on the cylinder head right below where the mechanical fuel pump is located, not sure if there is an oring/gasket that needs to be replaced there and what the procedure is??? Also, the large vacuum line going from the intake manifold to the brake booster looks pretty wet around where the fitting is on the intake manifold, is this normal?? Thanks.

these cars have an oil leak issue by the hight pressure fuel pump, there is a how to to fix it in the how to section somewhere. u have to take the fuel pump off to fix it. I have yet to do mine as well. seems gm never with all these motors figured it was a good idea to do it right.
