warranty up next spring...mods welcome

as its stated, my warranty is up next year, and i definitely want to start modding the balt. I have a 2010 tc coupe with 21xxx miles. Currently i have the gms1 upgrade, 3" catback exhaust, and twm sts. I love my car but dont want to give up the reliability of my DD. With that being said, i have read a lot of posts on here about different tunes and simple mods like intakes and dp's producing over 320whp. i have also read that it isnt safe to go above 24psi on stock setup. My question is what are the first mods that i should consider? my thoughts are torn between upgraded clutch, wheels and tires, or suspension. if i go with clutch should i upgrade the flywheel as well?? all thoughts are welcome good or bad lol. thanks

Intake downpipe tune.

As for suspension, it depends on:
A) How much you are willing to spend
B) How shitty you want your ride to be.

Those mods will get you to about 300-310whp range, which is about 350 crank hp. You may see a tiny gain off a catback as well. If you are talking about 350whp you'll need to tune and run some kind of ethanol blend and a fairly aggressive tune. Long as you drive your car properly your stock clutch should be fine.

Upgrade your cooling maybe? Upgraded intercooler/piping to allow you to tune it more agressively?

As far as suspsension - Koni Yellows and YYZ v1 or v2 (if you want a little drop) for the best set up.

As for your wheels - unless you're planning on forking out over a grand for lighter wheels - there's no performance upgrade with just going "aftermarket". As for the tires, what are you running now?

^ Based on what I've researched you won't really see any gains from chargepipes / intercooler. It's more of a safety percussion on the stock turbo. Not saying it's a bad thing to get an intercooler, but aftermarket intercoolers are significantly heavier than the stock ones. And being that there aren't really any gains, it's hard to justify unless you are worried about bottoming out. Just don't scrape your stock intercooler.

So OP you can either swap in a larger turbo and tune conservatively, or go for an E blend to make 350whp. If you go larger turbo though, you will need a larger intercooler.

intercooler chargepipes, forged bypass valve. e47 tune to keep decent gas mileage with exhaust and you'll be at 350whp n happy on top of what has been stated of course.

The stock intercooler is pretty damn efficient for the stock K04 (i.e., perfect match). It should be able to handle boltons. Bigger turbo, you might benefit from an aftermarket one. Most of the aftermarket ones are probably better at preventing knock/detonation (more cooling/flow/heat transfer, keeping IATs in-check). Also, less heat soak. Anyway, I wouldn't waste money on a bigger unit for the stock turbo. DO not buy some inferior, shitty ebay intercooler with magnificent pressure drop, shitty welds, bad craftsmanship.

after reading your sig i want what you have! I dont really have a budget just want some better suspension parts like pedders springs or coilovers. better drivetrain such as engine mounts, motor mounts, endlinks, control arm bushings, axles, tires. Better clutch/flywheel for bigger power. Im just not sure what is actually worth buying, compared to what the SS oem parts can handle/outperform?

What I would suggest is to get the ZZP ZFR turbo along with the bolts-on, and then tune it. Then of course everything else you mentioned would be a must

alright H&R springs or ARk?? ark is a little more expensive $288. H&R looks to be around $200. comparing the two, the H&R's drop the car lower as well. so leaning towards H&R

Remember the lower you go, the more likely to have a poor ride and have suspension problems. Not saying you will for sure, but just be warned. That said, I think that Ark springs are the same as sportlines? Correct me if I'm wrong though.
