- New intercooler piping, something that is routed differently, around the side of the engine.
I like the idea of relocating the MAF for an atmospheric BOV, but I don't think the cars computer will like that....

-3" turbo back exhaust, 304 stainless, mangaflow muffler, chrome tip.
Priced around available cat-back kits, maybe a little more since it'll be turbo-back.

..that's all I got right now, not really sure what else to suggest.

if you move the bov behind the maf then it will be metered and the computer wont know the difference

I would say a nice 3 inch cat-back with a sleeper looking muffler.

Neat. I haven't had a chance to look the air system over with any detail, so I don't really know how things are layed out under the hood... would be nice to be able to have an atmospheric BOV without screwing with the cars tuning.

imo new intercooler piping, DP, catback and intercooler are the best things for the car..

atmosh BOV is a bad idea.. the system has no need for it.. stop being ******* ricers and deal with it being quiet efficient and effective all a BOV is is useless noise.. if you have a turbo car with alot of hp.. i wouldn't want to annouce it to the world that your cobalt can stomp the **** outta everyone.. the element of surprise will be key .. not to mention people are going to think that you have an ss/sc or a riced out balt if they cant hear the car

it's not a matter of being like me.. ok.. so you do that to your turbalt, and if you start to get compressor surge and damage your turbo.. don't ******* complain because you "neeeeded" to hear that ******* PSHPSHSPSHPSHPSHPSHPSH.. you're just going to put balts in the same ******* categorie as srt4's it was setup the way it was stock for a reason..

first off you'll need to wait to get tunning for the car.. and that shouldn't be your main priority, if that is.. then you're not looking to get performance out of the car.. and they asked for performance suggestions

Are the motor mounts different for this car? If so Im sure they could use a solid mount.

so tunning has nothing to do with performance now....weird okay mister right..
if you get a good bov there will be no compressor surge.just cause we like blow offs doesnt mean we are ricers some people like it one way and others like it yours.so what ITS NOT YOUR CAR SO WHO GIVES A ****!!!!!!!!!!

def like the idea of a satin black intake with red cupplers and satin black intercooler piping, the bov relocation would be nice. i thought the bypass was on the intake? also from the pics I only see the wastegate on the turbo not the bypass. an equal length manifold with a gt30 would be nice lol. (waiting on the beta).

i mean the bov shouldn't be your main concern .. it's not a performance part.. i've heard compressor surge on good bovs as well.. if the system isn't set up for it it's not going to function properly...

and i give a **** because they asked for performance mods.. a BOV isn't really one of them.. tuning, exhausts, intakes, dps, and manifolds should be.. they're going to give you alot better gains then your psh box.. if you want the psh noise get a whistler exhaust insert and you can psh all day long

thats the point ... i was saying if you really want it get one of those.. because it's just about as useful as a BOV on the ss/tc... you = phail
