Wtf?

I just got some gas, and I went to start my car after I fueled up and my car had a hard time starting. When I got it started, I was idling my AF ratio in the 9s!!!! I have the Trifecta tune, do I have a bad tune or is there something messed up with my car?

if the problem started right after you filled up I'm going to go out on a limb and say you got some jacked up gas.

Hmmm, does this ONLY happen after you initially fill your car, or is it a constant problem? Perhaps there's a slight vaccuum leak in your gas cap causing this. I would say perhaps the tune, but I haven't seen anyone else with the Trifecta reporting this, unless they just aren't paying attention but I'd suspect the idle would be rough and a sign that there is a problem if this was widespread.....

Whenever I start my car I have to follow the following procecure... turn key to acc/on position...wait a few seconds (spend the time putting on the seat belt)...then start... there seems to be a lag where my fuel pump needs to prime... It may be a long shot but try doing this next time you get in...

I don't think it is your tune... I have the same tune and nothing has changed (had to prime it before the tune as well)....

thank you for helping the man.

It is most likely a fueling issue.

Make sure the fuel system is primed before you try to start it.

What other mods do you have? There are lots of people having the breather tube leak or come off on aftermarket intakes causing the car to run really rich. Any codes?

wow... all you ******* that blame it on the tune shut the **** up im so sick of all this ignorant bullshit "oh dont mod your car gm wont approve" or "your tune causes your car not to start up right and every problem there after"

SERIOUSLY IF YOU DONT HAVE A ******* CLUE WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT SHUT THE **** UP!!!!!!!!!!!

The start up problem probably has to due with your evap canister... Not the timing or fuel tables that were adjusted by the tune... call onstar tell them to run a vehicle diagnostic.... I would be willing to bet a whole lot of money its your evap canister

Excellent advice, where can I buy this mysterious GM stage kit? I want one,so do alot of other people, and GM would have sold a ton if they actually made them. With production of the SS T/C stopping,I would guess this won't ever make it to market, especially if B-Rock is running GM.So please stop being a GM stage kit nuthugger
