First off i don't no if this is where i should put this but hear it is.

There's a 2008 SS/tc for sale at a local dealer near me and im wanting to purchase it but im just wanting to see if anyone knows anything about it, its black with black power coated tc wheels it cam from PA it has an exhaust, Hahn front mount, and zzp charge piping. if anybody knows whose this was or if they have any info on it please let me know.

The car seems in perfect conditions, but since there is the VIN posted on the ad, I would run a car fax for $ 25 before I even consider it. If it comes up with no accidents report, then you should be fine

dealer told me that when u start the car the traction light is on and the car doesn't run right but when u turn the TC off it runs like a raped ape lol anyone know what this could b ?

 

so everyone and their mother at the dealership has probably tested this for themselves. times to pass on the car and find another one..

 

The traction light shouldn't be on, it only flashes when you are losing traction, so if it is steady on, it means there is a problem

 

x2. Traction light should be off at anytime, just like any other car, and expecially if the car runs bad unless you turn it off, something is wrong. And since it is traction related, could be a lot of things, and not cheap.

 

steal the rims seats and healights for me, and dont buy it.

by the way the tracton light might be because they tuned it to have no traction assist

 

umm that tune is a trifecta tune. Guess that dealer hidden tune feature is actually actracting them like a bleeding fish to the traction button lolol.

Not that much to go off of and it's hard to tell from just a few common bolt ons, hopefully you find out more about it.

 

test drive it a couple times in diff situations and get a carfax on it wouldnt hurt...

 

will a carfax tell the who the previous owner was ?
