400whp clutch and tranny question

okay so i need to upgrade my clutch and i was wondering what clutch i should get im looking at the ky clutches and the stage 3 would hold my power no problem but that puts alot of stress on the tranny then so would it be better to go with the stage 2 which says it can hold the power at its max?? because i would rather slip a bit at the track than blowing a tranny what do you guys think

If you have 400 HP (torque), you will want the stage 3, the stage 2 wont last long and may slip. Your tranny will be fine, there are many in the HP/torque range with no issues.
