85 Degrees 100% Humidity=PO234

Well I found out my car dosnt like the high 88 degree heat and 100% humidity if I jump on it too much in this weather. Popped a 234 overboost code which shuts down the boost alltogether. Had the computer hooked up and cleared the code and replicated it while logging. Vince is going to look at the logs for me to adjust for the replacement intake AEM sent. Heat Bad

Have him disable the overboost DTC altogether.

almost the exact same as you. dejon piping, crazy steve intercooler, dejon intake, catless downpipe, hahn catback. I was on the trifecta infiniboost tune up until about 5 days ago. I found someone who tunes with HP tuners and got more out of the tune. but anyway with the infiniboost i never had a problem and with the HP tuners tune i still don't have a problem

I love how you call upper 80s "heat." 101 degrees here with 50% humidity.

Figured it out. Somehow the dealer pulled the boost reference line off when they were rebuilding the trans. It is longer because of the pill mod. I guess they never noticed it hanging there.

Can't be man, I live in Alabama its 100 degrees without heat index and high 70% humidity, so far for almost the whole month of July and now going into August. I've never popped that code or any (besides for my DP).

Glad you got the problem figured out. Always good when it ends up a simple fix.

I should have figured it out sooner. No codes before dealer visit
