Any issues with Hahn charge pipes issues?? besides hitting the hood?

It looks like I will be purchasing a set of hahn charge pipes.
Some people have had a problem with the pipes hitting the hood, it may be an error but I am not sure. Has anyone seen a CEL or SES or drivability problems with just installing a the pipes without a tune?

Thanks

Other than it rubbing the hood, and the cheap worm clamps popping off over and over until I went with t-bolts, its a nice quality piece. No CELs or drivability issues.

Pipes don't hit the hood if you put the part going to the IC on the right way. Put it on backwards and it will raise it up enough to hit the hood. Might be taking all my stuff off and selling all of it, depending if I plan to sell the car back to a dealer or not. Seems the only way to get out of the loan, short of torching the car.
