Best Stainless Muffler

Hey guys.

Seeing what you guys thought about the best muffler back (if that's what you call it) system is out there. I currently have a set-up with a stainless magnaflow muffler/tip but I'm looking for something a little more aggressive. But not something that's going to get me easily pulled over haha. ****I DO NOT WANT TO SOUND LIKE RICE****

I have DP with a highflow cat. I'm not looking for a cat-back system for reasons of a) not in my budget and b) our systems are already 2.5" stainless and I see no reasoning why to not keep it!

Any recommendations?

hmm... louder than magnaflow but not over the top like a muffler delete....

To be honest id do something like alot of SRT 4 guys do, run 2 resonators in the middle of the car, then no muffler out the back!

Or a Borla XR1 i believe its called theres a vid of it here:

I put a Pypes M-80 on my ride and it sounds awesome. No rasp and no drone while cruising but definitely has a nice tone. Stainless steel too

I have video, just need to find time to upload it.

LOL I don't see one that is listed for the Cobalt SS/TC, a part number would be nice.

If you look at the setup on the Cobalt, it's the same as the Mustang. You have the axle back muffler (tip and hangers included), the over-the-axle pipe, and then the pipe that connects to the cat pipe/down pipe.

no one makes an axle back for a stock SS/TC exhaust as far as I know.

ARK might have before but they don't any more.

They're amazing. The ultimate rasp killer. I have a zzp lt, CATLESS, 3" with a manga flow res and 3" DBX. Zero rasp once warmed up. People call bs till they hear it in person.
