Possibly a wastegate/BPV issue. Normally should see a code though.

bov after maf? (maf in stock location?)

Did you make sure the bov is sealing correctly? I know those can be a source of leaks.

Yea maf in stock position. I did a boost leak test tested good so i was guessing the bov was sealing fine. When im driving you can just hear what sounds like a big leak

So it's whistling and you don't have a boost leak yet it can only hold 10psi? Sure you don't have a charge pipe coupler loose or a map sensor? Does it feel like it's only boosting 10psi?

So is your bov going off at 10psi?

I'd check your vacuum lines to the wastegate housing, iirc wastegate spring is near 10psi

Don't you need to move your MAF if you run a BOV to a blow through design? Could that maybe cause an issue? Some intercooler pipes, like ZZP's, relocate the MAF and then tune for the BOV. I'm still new at this.
