Burning coolant after turbo swap.

So last weekend i swapped out the stock turbo with the ZFR, before hand the car perfect, right after first start up white smoke started coming out of the exhaust. i figured maybe some coolant just got in the exhaust so i drove it around a little to see if i couldn't burn it off. After a week of driving its still just as bad as the first day. I lifted the car back up last night and there are no external leaks that i can see and pulled the down pipe off and its completely dry on that side. there was a little oil built up in the coupler that comes off the turbo into the upper charge pipes but the lower charge pipe was dry. the plug tips are a light gray. So far i have had nothing but i giant headache from trying to figure out where the smoke is coming from. just wondering if anyone would have some ideas for me. i have not done compression test or leak down test or anything since i don't have access to that stuff right now.

I don't really know how the turbos hook up, but did you hook up the water cooling to the oil cooling port? Is that even possible? Would that make any difference? Hell, I don't know.

Did you replace the coolant lines gaskets when you swapped in the ZFR ? the only thing I would recommend is reinstalling the coolant lines with new gaskets

How are the coolant and oil levels? Did you tune for it?

I was pouring out white smoke it was oil burnin from the turbo, the next thing white smoke could be blow by meaning blow piston ring start u car and remove the oil fill cap see if smoke comes out of there.

what did you end up doing to fix your problem?

and for the oil and coolant levels, i really havnt noticed and coolant drop and i will have to check the oil again and start keeping track of it. i could be wrong and it could be burning oil. I

yeah white smoke wouldn't indicate coolant I don't believe, pretty sure it'd be oil

No, not yet. i have tried to MSG James to get tuned, but got no answer so i am prob going to have to go through someone else. I havnt hit full boost yet. Id say i have hit maybe 5 psi on it so far. Im to scared to go any more then that. and my AFR's haven't changed at all since instal.

Yeah hmm since you haven't really boosted much then tuning wouldn't make much of a difference. Any coolant in the oil? In intercooler?

so i have noticed a slight drop in coolant level, and a large drop in oil level. so im thinking it may be burning both. i did a compression test and got 155, 155, 155, 145.

there is the turbo with the charge pipe pulled off, there was a large amount of oil build up.

Did you properly prime the turbo after the install?

Just got done taking the turbo back off the car earlier tonight, I'm sending it back into ZZP to get fixed or replaced what ever they decided to do. They pretty much told me that it rarely ever happens that they send out a bad turbo, but i was unlucky enough to get the one that they did. after taking the turbo off i poured about a cup of oil out of the compressor side of the turbo. Happy that zzp is helping me out but sucks as im in Germany so by time it gets there and then send it back it could be a month or so before i get the new turbo.

You are a idiot..... I told you I'm not gonna build your engine... So ******* what. Get over it.. You came to me for a tune cu your Zzp tune was over boosting you. So I did a comp test and you had no comp in 4. You then asked can you install a tune into my ECM for warranty. So I did and you paid for it. ( listen and understand what the **** I'm writing because it seems you have no clue)

You paid for the tune..... The stock tune. I then said if you want me to tune your car, you can come down and I wouldn't charge you for a tune.... Did you come? **** no. You didn't... Is that my problem that your being a child because I said I am not gonna build your engine because you took so ******* long. So quit whining that I " took money from you" because I infact did not. Stop lying out of your ass.

Oil smoke is bright blue and smells like "burnt oil". Coolant smoke is white and reaks like burnt sugar.
