I have a question about my cam phaser. I had a CEL on and the code was P0013 I changed both the exhaust and intake solenoid. Turned off battery and reset the system. When I turned it on CEL was gone but I have no reading on my intake or exhaust cam phaser reading on RPD. Been driving it for months still no CEL but I have no reading. I'm stumped as to how to fix it when it's not throwing any codes but clearly there is something wrong. Any ideas?
