Catless DP Trouble Fixed!!

Ok so i have done my research on here of people using spark plug non-foulers and others getting custome tunes to tune out the rear o2 sensor. Well since i have the GMS1 i figured I would try the Non-fouler's so i went to Kragen Auto Parts and bought the "HELP" Non-Foulers 18mm part number 42002 come in a pack of two. I disconnected the batterey first. I then threaded the o2 sensor in the non-fouler and it wont fit you have to drill it out I used 7/16 drill bit. I then took the second non-fouler and put them together i left the second non-fouler alone i didnt drill it out. I then threaded it into the DP and then installed the O2 sensor. I reconnected the batterey. I restarted the car let it run for 10 minutes and drove 30 miles to the racetrack and ran 15 passes then drove 30 miles back home and no CEL light......I was gettin the CEL without the Non-foulers after 20 miles. I would say this fixed my problem.

Looks like you found a nice fix for that style downpipe. I'm currently running a ZZP downpipe and have 3k miles on it so far with no CEL.

A quiet track on a week night, sure 15 passes are doable. I have done about 11-13 on my ss-tc in one night, first 6 or so were back to back but them it got busy.

Oh yeah, what were your times?

you most likely don't need 2 defouler, just use one. i have the MPX j shape defouler and its working perfect.

No didn't take out the threads but be careful cuz you could damage them when drilling it out.

It can take up to a week for P013e or P420 to pop up.

Yeah my best 60' was a 2.2 but I kept spinning bad once I shifted to 2nd gear.

it takes more then 20 miles for the sensor to reset in it's cycles.. thats not enough time to tell if it's worked.. you need to drive like a couple hundred miles

Well not everyone wants to spend $350+ on a downpipe just for the name hahn. I spent $215 on my zzp and got a free update from trifecta that disables the rear o2 sensor. So I hope with that purchuse of the hahn downpipe they also included at least $130 worth of lube with that raping.
